Data Deletion Instructions

1. Overview

This page explains how to request deletion of your data from Infllook.

2. What Data is Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will permanently delete:

  • Facebook and Instagram profile information
  • Facebook Page and Instagram Business Account data
  • Media insights and VIS Score data
  • DM automation rules and templates
  • DM sending history
  • Webhook events and logs
  • Access tokens (encrypted)
  • Login history and usage logs

3. What is NOT Deleted

For legal and compliance reasons, we may retain:

  • Transaction records (for accounting)
  • Aggregated analytics (anonymized)

4. Deletion Methods

Method 1: Self-Service (Recommended)
Delete your account directly from the dashboard
  1. Log in to Infllook
  2. Go to SettingsAccount
  3. Click “Delete Account”
  4. Confirm deletion
  5. You will receive a confirmation email

Processing Time: Immediate (within 24 hours)

Method 2: Email Request
If you cannot access your account
  1. Send an email to: bornu@naver.com
  2. Include the following information:
    • Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
    • Your Instagram username
    • Your registered email
    • Reason for deletion (optional)
  3. We will respond within 5 business days
  4. Deletion will be completed within 30 days

Method 3: Facebook App Settings
Remove Infllook from your Facebook account
  1. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
  2. Find Infllook
  3. Click "Remove"
  4. Your data will be automatically deleted within 90 days

5. Confirmation

After deletion is complete, you will receive:

  • Confirmation email
  • Deletion report (if requested)

6. Re-Activation

⚠️ Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.

If you want to use Infllook again, you must create a new account.
