By accessing or using Infllook (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

2. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Own or manage an Instagram Business Account or Creator Account
  • Comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines

3. Account Registration

3.1 Instagram OAuth

You must connect your Instagram Business Account using official OAuth.

3.2 Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Service Description

4.1 VIS Score Analytics

We provide Instagram analytics, including:

  • VIS Score (Visibility, Interaction, Save metrics)
  • Media insights (reach, engagement, impressions)

4.2 DM Automation

We automate Instagram DM responses based on:

  • Comment keywords
  • Pre-configured templates

Rate Limits:

  • 30 DMs per hour
  • 10,000 DMs per day
  • No duplicate DMs within 24 hours

5. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Violate Instagram's policies
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Share your account credentials

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

All content and trademarks on our Service are owned by Infllook.

6.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights to your Instagram content. We do not claim ownership.

7. Payment and Refunds

7.1 Pricing

  • Free Tier: VIS Score analytics (limited)
  • Pro Tier: DM Automation (₩29,000/month)

7.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if:

  • Service is unavailable due to technical issues
  • No DMs were sent during the billing period

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings.

8.2 By Us

We may terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Abuse the Service (e.g., spam)
  • Engage in fraudulent activity

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for:

  • Instagram API changes or downtime
  • Lost data due to technical issues
  • Third-party service failures

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
