1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using infllook ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

infllook ("Service") is operated by Bornu Inc. ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms apply to all users of the Service.

2. Service Description

infllook is a Self Analytics Dashboard that helps you understand your own Instagram content performance:

• Connects to YOUR OWN Instagram Business or Creator account via Facebook/Instagram Graph API
• Analyzes YOUR Instagram content and engagement metrics
• Calculates content performance score and health grade for YOUR account
• Provides reach efficiency analysis for YOUR content
• Generates detailed performance reports about YOUR content strategy

3. Account Requirements

To use this Service, you must:

• Have an Instagram Business or Creator account (Personal accounts are not supported)
• Connect your Instagram account to a Facebook Page
• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country)
• Comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines
• Provide accurate and complete information

4. Insights Permission

Without Insights Permission: The Service provides analysis based on public data only (likes, comments, follower count). Reach and impression metrics are not available without your explicit permission grant.

With Insights Permission: Full analytics including reach, impressions, saves, and detailed engagement metrics become available, providing you with comprehensive insights into YOUR content performance.

🔑 Note: Granting Insights permission is optional but recommended for accurate content performance analysis. You can revoke this permission at any time through your Facebook/Instagram settings.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for analyzing YOUR OWN content:

• Understanding YOUR Instagram account performance
• Tracking YOUR content engagement and reach
• Making informed decisions about YOUR content strategy
• Measuring YOUR content's effectiveness

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Analyze accounts you do not own or control
• Use the Service for third-party analysis or competitive intelligence
• Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
• Share your account credentials with others
• Scrape or download data beyond your own account
• Use automated tools to access the Service (except our official API)
• Resell or redistribute reports without permission

7. Data Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate analytics based on Instagram's data. However:

• Content performance scores and reach efficiency metrics are estimates for YOUR informational purposes only
• Instagram data may be delayed or incomplete
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on our reports
• Analysis without Insights permission (basic data only) provides limited metrics compared to analysis with Insights permission (full reach and impression data)

8. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your Instagram content and data. By using this Service:

• You grant us permission to access and analyze your Instagram data
• We do NOT claim ownership of your content
• You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting your account
• We will delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, normally within 90 days from your last analysis or from the date you revoke access to your Instagram account.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
• Change features, pricing, or access requirements
• Update these Terms with 30 days notice

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for Instagram API changes or downtime

11. Instagram Platform Compliance

By using this Service, you acknowledge that:

• We operate under Facebook/Instagram Platform Policies
• Instagram may change their API or policies at any time
• You must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use
• We may be required to remove features due to platform policy changes

12. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Your Instagram account is suspended or deleted
• Required by law or Instagram Platform Policy

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
